Bermuda!

John and I went on our first cruise to Bermuda from May 4-11. We talked John's cousin and his wife to come on the cruise with us. We left from Boston and were excited to get to some warm weather!

There was a party on the deck everyday. We had delicious BBQ and entertainment everyday it didn't rain (Thursday on the way back).
We are arriving at Bermuda!
We got off the boat on Sunday morning.
We went into Hamilton that first day and walked around. We went to Fort Hamilton and it was beautiful of course.
We saw this beautiful Anglican Cathedral.
Here is the view from the top of the cathedral.
We either took the bus or ferry to every location.
We went scuba diving right off the beach. It was a good experience but I don't think I will be getting certified. Unfortunately it was windy that day so visability wasn't that great. We still got to see some sea life and part of a sunken ship. John liked it more than me but I find it a little creepy. I think I will stick to snorkling.
We went to the most popular beach, Horseshoe Bay. Bermuda has pink sand because of pulverized shells and coral.

We ate dinner with Tyson and Jennifer almost every night.

There was a chocolate buffet one evening and it was delicious!
We saw some amazing glass blowing. I could have sat there and watched it all day. It's amazing how they shape it to form objects.
If you kiss under this ring, it brings you good luck and happiness.
We also went to Elbow Beach. We liked it more because there were less people and it was still so beautiful.
So long Bermuda!
I didn't realize how dark the interior rooms on the ship are. Next time I think we will get a balcony or a porthole. I didn't get sick on the ship unless we were walking down the hallways.
We had fun animals everyday.

We would love to go back to Bermuda. It was a great and safe place to visit. I would definitely do a cruise again. The food was good (for the most part) and you have great entertainment and service. Who wants to join us for our next trip?
